[[HabboFests]] is a [[Habbo]] fansite that was created in 2018 by monkeymanbubby and is currently lead by effurt and monkeymanbubby, with their V1 having launched on 3rd March 2019. Although an unofficial fansite HabboFests has always been catered towards a global audience, branching out in different aspects of Habbo, with a primary focus on agencies, alongside the typical functions of modern day fansites.

Where most fansites focus on the typical, guides, radio, and events HabboFests since it's establishment has opened two agencies under the name [HFA] HabboFests Agency', as well as another site under the name Project Athena, which acts as a free-to-use agency portal.
Although an unofficial fansite HabboFests has always been catered towards a global audience, branching out in different aspects of Habbo, with a primary focus on agencies, alongside the typical functions of modern day fansites.
 
HabboFests runs guides, a radio station, events and also operates an agency. In 2021, they announced a new project (Project Athena), a portal for agencies.

After a rise in interest from fansite members for the site to open an agency HabboFests opened HabboFests Agency on July 24 2019. It was founded by monkeymanbubby and later passed on to Amanda5204. It received quite a high amount of interest however closed two months later as the fansite required more focus from it's main owner.

On March 29 2020 HFA was relaunched by monkeymanbubby, protestor32, and lovesies. It grew massively in its first week but later closed again following becoming a target by Habbo-based mafia organisations. Since then HabboFests has continued to remain open-minded to reopening HFA, due to the huge interest of ex-HFA members.

Project Athena is essentially a portal for portals, founded on 14 January 2021 and currently still in development. HabboFests created the site to provide agencies with a free and easy alternative to custom built portals. It was created to give control to agency owners across the globe, with global registration capabilities and integrated rewards. It is being constructed to allow agencies to stay connected with the global community, with agency-based events, a shared database system, with user track records, and transfer systems. Not to mention completed customisability to allow users to edit rank perms.
