The Electric Blue Plasto Chair is an unreleased item which follows the design thematic of the in the "Plasto" furniture line.
The coined "Electric Blue" colour has never actually been released in the catalogue on Habbo.com, nor has it ever been sighted as being player-owned at any point in time.
As far as unusual items go, there are at present two different plasto chairs which are considered as being "Arcane Rares", which is the term generally used to refer to a set of a items whose origin is of questionable origin and of which not too many exist.
There are two Arcane Rares in question are the Lilac Plasto Chair and the Army Plasto Chair.
The Army Plasto Chair is a Plasto Chair with a "Army Green" colour, which has never been possible to buy normally from the catalogue nor win from any competition on Habbo.com. The reason as for why the Army Plasto Chair exists in the first place is due to it having been scripted into the game back in circa 2002.
The Lilac Plasto Chair is of a Lilac colour. It's origins are rather unknown and uncertain, which is rather unusual. As of 2024, there's only one known example of a Lilac Plasto Chair that is known and proven to existing as a player-owned item in Habbo.com. It's currently owned by StefanoDiMera who purchased it from the marketplace somewhere between 2014-2016 for 4040c.
With the increase in awareness, knowledge and popularity of Arcane Rares, some players have begun questioning what others may exist that have gone unnoticed. Often the Electric Blue Plasto Chair is mentioned in this context! It's not implausible that an Electric Blue Plasto Chair may exist, especially given the particularly uncertain and unknown origin of the Lilac Plasto Chair. Ultimately though, no Electric Blue Plasto Chairs have ever been observed to exist as a player-owned item ingame to-date.
If an Electric Blue Plasto Chair were to appear with a backstory similar to the two mentioned Arcane Plasto Chairs -- having a questionable origin.. Then it may very well join Lilac and Army Plasto Chair as one amongst the coveted Arcane Rares. But as of now, it's simply regarded as an unreleased item.
