The Samurai Suit of Armour was released into the Catalogue on the 14th February 2015.
The Samurai Suit of Armour was the 52nd furniture in the Limited Edition Rares set to enter the hotel. It was priced at 750 Credits and only had 60 in stock; one of the lowest amounts available for a Limited Edition Rare. All 60 quantity sold out in 2 minutes and players immediately attempted to sell them on quickly. With the amount available they were more sought after for their rarity rather than their appearance and they were released for Valentine's 2015 campaign ran by Habbo, which featured an Asian theme.
The Samurai Suit of Armour had mixed reviews with players suggesting that it was boring as it's a static piece and has no option to change the state whereas others felt it was ideal for a decorative piece and a nice one-square decoration item. Due to its limited release quantity and some collectors leaving the game since release, the Samurai Suit of Armour continues to become harder to find for sale but prices have remained within close to 30 GB each in mid-2018.
