The Twilight Trophy was given out to competition winners in 2009 to celebrate the launch of 'The Twilight Saga: New Moon' which was released on 20th November 2009. To celebrate this, many hotels released Furni related to the Cullen's house and mysterious Twilight items in general. The Trophy is one of the rarest items on various hotels due to only a few being given out. Some, some such as the Dutch and American Hotels only had 1 Twilight Trophy whereas the British Hotel had 3. The majority of the trophies given out when to the #1 Twilight fan.
Due to the hype of the Twilight Saga, Habbo included competitions, quests and events to give everyone a chance of winning the trophy and the badges that were also available throughout the campaign. Overall, the campaign lasted for 3 weeks and ended on the 4th December 2009 - the #1 fan was decided by a trivia showdown in the Theatredrome.
Whilst the final was underway, the Theatredome was closed off to the public and only the finalists and staff could enter, other players not lucky enough to make it could watch from spectator mode. The lucky finalists were challenged with 10 questions, they answered via Minimail to the Habbo staff and whoever answered correctly quickest would win a point. The prize went to the one with the most points.
