This template is for use on Portal pages.
It should be called using {{Portal/Box}} and has several parameters that can be set including:
- design = The CSS class of the header. Defaults to portal-banner. Available classes are listed below.
- title = The title that should apper in the header
Format:

Style classes
- easter-banner
- val-banner
- ny-banner
- homepage-banner (default)
