Habbo.ch (also www.habbohotel.ch) was the link to the Swiss version of Habbo Hotel. It was the 3rd hotel to open (after Habbo Finland and Habbo UK), but never became hugely popular compared to other hotels. Only 17 badges were made specifically for use on Habbo.ch but quite a lot of rares were spotted on this hotel before official releases - such as the Doric Olive Green Pillar.

Merge

Although Switzerland has many languages (Swiss French, Swiss German, Swiss Italian and Romansh are the 4 main languages), Sulake decided to merge the hotel with Habbo Germany in late 2010. The Habbo.de hotel was selected as a "merge partner" due to over 60% of Switzerland speaking German. Most of the staff kept their jobs during the merge. The hotel opened in August 2001 and closed October 4th 2010, its final recorded Alexa Rank was 187,581 as of July 17th 2010.
