The Golden Dragon is one of three Super Rare dragon lamps. The others being the Silver Dragon Lamp and the Bronze Dragon Lamp. This rare is from a long line of distinguishable dragon lamp recolours and is one of the most striking re-colours. It seems fitting that the Gold Dragon Lamp is considered a Super Rare as gold itself has been a well-established metal for symbolising wealth for thousands of years.

The Gold Dragon Lamp is the most expensive super rare of the three, although the Gambling Ban in 2014 led to the plummet in its price.

History

The Gold Dragon Lamp has only been released into the catalogue once in any hotel throughout Habbo's development. This was in January 2006 where it was released in Habbo Singapore, which has now subsequently been merged into Habbo.com.

However, the Gold Dragon Lamp has been introduced into every hotel as a competition reward. In the summer of 2008 on Habbo.com if you placed first in Battle Ball or Wobble Squabble you could have been in with a chance of winning a Gold Dragon Lamp.

This rare did not feature in the accidental rare release under Callie's reign in late 2004.
