The Blue Inflatable Chair is similar in colour to the Ocean Inflatable Chair and has been around various Habbo Hotels since late 2006. The item was given out as a reward and also released into the Catalogue.
The first sighting was when the Finnish Hotel had a K5 Music Lounge competition whereby 19 of the Chairs were given out as prizes. Since then most hotels have received the item but some were after the two different merges that have occurred for some hotels.

- Released into the Catalogue in the Club Shop section on the United Kingdom Hotel in May 2007.
- Released into the Catalogue in the Club Shop section on the Denmark Hotel in June 2007.
- Released into the Catalogue in the Club Shop section on the Canadian Hotel in August 2007.
- Released into the Catalogue in the Club Shop section on the Netherlands Hotel in October 2007.
- Released into the Catalogue in the Club Shop section on the Spanish Hotel in November 2007.
- Released into the Catalogue in the Club Shop section on the American Hotel in May 2008.
- Released into the Catalogue in the Club Shop section on the Norwegian Hotel in 2008.
- Used in the New Year Labyrinth promotion on the German Hotel in 2008-2009.
- Released into the Catalogue in the Swedish Hotel in June 2010.
- The Chair wasn't available in the Australian Hotel before the merge whereas the French Hotel is unknown whether it has the Chair or not.
